The Universal Hunger for Liberty-Why the Clash of Civilizations Is Not Inevitable 12:15 P.M. Mondale Hall Room 25 Mr. Novak is a theologian and philosopher, former U.S. ambassador, and author of more than 25 books. He currently holds the George Frederick Jewett Chair in Religion and Public Policy at the American Enterprise Institute. Among many other awards, Mr. Novak received the Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion in 1994. His book, The Universal Hunger for Liberty, was published in October 2004. His most recent book is Washington's God, published in March 2006. Lunch will be provided. The event is co-sponsored by the MacLaurin Institute, the Minnesota Association of Scholars, the Tocqueville Center, and the Minnesota Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society. Yeah, oops, wrong Novak, thus I am dedicating the rest of the week to making sure that people know that it is MICHAEL Novak. Thus the flyers, and the chalking, once I can find some space on the boards.
